The new Season has begun!
Heroes' Welcome is a Non-profit Veterans Organization affiliated with American Legion Auxiliary Unit 180 in Vienna, VA. We are dedicated to hosting World War II Veterans in Washington, DC as they visit the Memorial built in their honor.
Highlights
A veteran of the Woman's Auxilary Corps is greeted at Dulles Airport
Active duty members of all Services come to the memorial every weekend to visit with the veterans and hear thier story
Members of the United States Air Force JROTC render Honors to arriving World War II veterans
Local Legion Riders pose for a photo with former Womans Army Corps 1SG, Violet. Legion Riders are among our most dedicated supporters providing escorts from the airport.
